get matched with our Drivers. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this. We are working to improve it.

We write to introduce our pre-book (advance booking) function with no extra charge that you may consider
using. By doing so, you have 99% chances of getting matched Drivers. Your pre-book requests will be
broadcasted to WAYWAY Drivers, island wide, not just to the nearest one. Pre-book requires you to book minimum
one hour in advance before pick-up time, but we recommend Riders to book a few hours ahead of time, so
Drivers have enough time to plan their schedule.

We are unable to compel Drivers to accept Riders’ requests, as Drivers tend to go for surge pricing or for
the highest fare, and WAYWAY does not support surge pricing.

We do have other bonuses, for a lifetime, for both Riders and Drivers, which is a 5% referral fee. Please
