We support cashless payments including popular digital wallets and all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

If this is your first ride request, WayWay’s app will prompt you for your card/payment details.

At the end of the ride, the fare will be automatically deducted, and you will receive an automated notification of your payment.

Currently, WayWay is available for use in Singapore.

To update your phone number, you must log in to the WayWay app to make the change before you switch to a new sim card.

If you forget to update your phone number before you switch your sim card, you’ll have to create a new WayWay account.

We offer Standard, Premium, and Luxury vehicles for 2 to 6 passengers. All vehicles are less than 10 years old and have leather seats and modern amenities. This includes Mercedes-Benz, Toyota Altis, Toyota Sienta, Toyota Alphard, or similar—or more luxurious!
