WAYWAY Driver – Location Information

WAYWAY Driver app uses device’s location to deliver the best services to our drivers and riders. Location data helps us to improve:

1. On-time ride ping requests to our drivers.
2. Navigation
3. Provide precise ETA to riders.

NOTE: WAYWAY may collect driver’s location in the background to deliver best ride experience to our riders.

WAYWAY recommends drivers to set their device’s location permission to the best option.

Manage location settings on iOS:

1. Open your device’s settings.
2. Select ‘Privacy’ then ‘Location Services’.
3. Select ‘WAYWAY Driver’ app.
4. Select ‘Always’.

Manage location settings on Android:

1. Open your device’s settings.
2. Find Location Services options.
3. Toggle ‘On’ and set to ‘High Accuracy’.
4. Select ‘WAYWAY Driver’ app then permissions.
5. Set Location toggle ‘On’ (If Off).

NOTE: If driver’s location is not displayed on map in the app, the driver needs to manage location services and connectivity (Recommended)
